Foundations Course

In our Foundations Course you will learn all fundamental movements within one week, split into three units. Every unit lasts 75 minutes and consists of a warm-up, technique training and a workout.

During the course we prepare you for the regular CrossFit classes and teach you our language. Yes exactly, CrossFitters have their own language, and at first you will feel like it’s a secret club with code words. However, after our intro course you’ll be fluent in CrossFitese and soon will be tossing WODs, Frans, and AMPRAPs into your everyday conversation.

After the Foundations Course you can test our classes we offer for one week for free.

Come around and have a look. One of our coaches will be happy to go through any questions you may have and you can chat with our members or watch a class while having a cup of coffee.

You won’t be able to wait to finally get done with the intro course and start the regular classes!
